Refund policy

RETURNS:

• Our return policy is 14 days of shipping date, after 14 days of purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, if damaged we will not accept a return and will ship back the item to the customer and standard shipping charges will be applied at the customers expense.
• Item or Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, no pet hair, no cigarette smell, no stains or damages, will be accepted for a return.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be returned. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery date will not be returned.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for returning your order.  
• All SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS $20 & UNDER are FINAL SALES will not be returned/refunded.
• All HATS OR CAPS are FINAL SALES and will not be accepted for RETURNS.
• We DO NOT EXCHANGE, any items returned will be refunded. Please see RETURNS above to meet our return policy. If return is accepted please mail item to:

• If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SHIPPING REFUND:

We ship orders out ASAP (PLEASE SEE SHIPPING POLICY) once it leaves our hands it is up to the carrier to make sure it gets delivered on time we WILL NOT refund shipping cost unless it is our mistake and or order is shipped out late.
